Returns/Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, and for the safety of our customers and our staff, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS.

There are certain situations whereĀ possibleĀ refunds (minus shipping costs) are granted (if applicable) and at the sole discretion of SHANTA HAIR BEAUTY FASHION, LLC.

If the item you have received is damaged or incorrect, we review each order on a case-by-case basis and make decisions in good faith regarding credits/exchanges. This process is handled by our customer care team and will only be communicated via email from info@theshantaway.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Ā If you are approved, then your refund and/or store credit will be processed, and automatically applied to your credit card, egift card, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days decided by your method of payment's guidelines.
